Serving as a Casualty Assistance Officer is one of the most important duties you may have in your career. You only have one chance to do it right. To effectively perform this duty, it is important to understand the many benefits and resources available to surviving family members and to discover best practices obtained from survivors and others who served as Casualty Assistance Officers. In this eLearning course, you will optimize your abilities to assist surviving family members and have this course as a go to reference in your toolkit to assist survivors.
