This course explains how the Presidential Fitness Test and the Move Your Way campaign help children and teens build healthy habits and stronger bodies, minds and relationships. Discover how staying active improves youth health, academic performance, and fostering a resilient home environment that strengthens the entire military family. The course shares simple, inclusive ideas for movement that parents, youth staff and leaders can implement at home, in schools and in youth programs, including practical examples of how they can “move their way” together.
